For the first time in YEARS… I’ve got gaps in my calendar.
If you’ve been around a while, you know that’s not been my normal. I’ve been booked out months in advance. Waitlist. Turning people away. The whole thing.
And now? I’m looking at open slots.
Honestly… this is new for me.
A few things shifted this past year:
– My waitlist has been served by a freelance artist I trained
– Returning clients were redirected because I had no space
– I’ve recently opened up more availability due to a change in my personal circumstances
Which means… now I need to fill these empty slots.
I could panic. Blame the economy. Say people aren’t spending.
But that’s not how I like to do things.
So this week I’m focusing on one thing: Control what I can control.
✔️ Pivoting my IG content back to studio treatments (we’ve been heavy on training content)
✔️ Exploring paid ads for the studio for the first time ever
✔️ Actively creating demand instead of waiting for it
Every business has seasons. The difference is how you respond.
If you’ve got gaps right now too… what are you actually doing about it?
No head in the sand energy allowed in here. We make a plan and move.
And if you want help mapping out your next move, you know you can book a call with me and I'll help you to map it out.
Growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from ownership.
