Pressure washing before exterior painting.
Another pressure washing task completed. This is one of those steps that might not look exciting, but it is mandatory before starting almost every exterior painting job. A proper pressure wash removes dirt, salt, mould, chalky paint, loose material, and surface contamination before any coating system is applied. Without this step, even premium paint can fail because the coating is only as strong as the surface it is applied to. Pressure washing is also a great maintenance option for homes, strata properties, pathways, walls, driveways, and exterior surfaces that need a clean refresh without a full repaint. Good prep = better adhesion, cleaner finish, and longer-lasting results. X Deco Painting Services Premium painting, protective coatings & exterior maintenance.

Introduction
Hey everyone, welcome to Millionaire Painter. I’m excited to have you here and I’m looking forward to connecting with all of you. This group is built for painters who want to build better business systems, improve their online presence, get more leads, quote better, understand finance, and also look after their health, body and mindset along the way. I’ll be sharing everything I’m learning and building from my own painting business — websites, Google Business, reviews, Canva flyers, AI tools, automation, quoting, lead generation, and the real stuff that helps you grow beyond just being on the tools every day. Feel free to introduce yourself inside the group and let us know where you’re from, what stage your painting business is at, and what you’re trying to improve. I’ll also leave my social media accounts here, so feel free to reach out and connect with me directly. Looking forward to building this with you all. www.xdeco.com.au https://www.instagram.com/kenxdeco/ https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61575339156359

Introduction
Every start is hard.
Mine started in a Mercedes CLS 550 with a 5.5L V8. Still to this day, I reckon it was one of the best “workhorses” you could get for the money — maybe not the most sensible, but definitely the most fun. I miss that car. Now I’m in something more reasonable for work, which is probably the smarter move for where the business is right now. But one day, once the numbers make sense, I’m definitely planning to have something ridiculous again for work purposes, of course. What was your first work car?
