Another pressure washing task completed.
This is one of those steps that might not look exciting, but it is mandatory before starting almost every exterior painting job.
A proper pressure wash removes dirt, salt, mould, chalky paint, loose material, and surface contamination before any coating system is applied.
Without this step, even premium paint can fail because the coating is only as strong as the surface it is applied to.
Pressure washing is also a great maintenance option for homes, strata properties, pathways, walls, driveways, and exterior surfaces that need a clean refresh without a full repaint.
Good prep = better adhesion, cleaner finish, and longer-lasting results.
