Support group and Breathwork ๐
Happy Monday everyone!
Tonight we are due to have a support group! Please leave a comment below if this is something you feel you might need and I will run the group as scheduled!
Also Thursday February 5th at 7:30 pm I will be running a free breathwork session for anyone inside the community!๐
