March is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I want to say something simple:
Mental health isn’t just about diagnosis.
It’s about:
• how safe you feel in your relationships
• whether you feel like you can be honest about what you’re carrying
• whether you’re allowed to rest, feel, and be human
For many of us — especially in our communities — we were taught to push through instead of check in.
But awareness is the first step toward change.
Take a moment today to ask yourself:
“How am I really doing… not the answer I give everyone else?”
