📍 Goals Don’t Happen in Straight Lines
We love the top version. Set a goal → Achieve it.Clean. Linear. Instagram-worthy. But if we’re honest? Most of our lives look like the bottom picture. Starting. Learning. Doubting. Failing. Practicing. Feeling lost. Struggling. Getting it. Almost quitting. Trying again. Then finally… achieving it. And sometimes achieving it differently than we imagined. Can we normalize this? Because too many adults quietly think: “If it’s this messy, maybe it’s not meant for me.” But what if the mess is the path? What if doubt isn’t a stop sign — it’s a phase? What if feeling lost means you’re actually stretching? What if struggling is evidence you care? Let’s talk. Drop one goal you’re currently in the messy middle of. Not the polished version. The real version. This is The Living Room.We can tell the truth here.

🏡 The House: How This Space Works
Welcome to The Living Room 🛋 Think of this space like a house. Not everyone gathers in the same rooms — and that’s intentional. Here’s how to move through the space: 🛋 The Living Room This is our shared space. Conversations about love, intimacy, mindset, lifestyle, and real adult life happen here. 🚪 The Foyer (Start Here) This is your orientation. Begin here to get grounded, introduce yourself, and learn how to engage with the community. 👑 Queendom (Women’s Inner Space) Queendom is a dedicated space for women doing deeper identity, nervous system, and self-return work. It is quieter, slower, and more intentional. 🧪 Other Rooms From time to time, you’ll see invitations into specific rooms, live gatherings, or focused conversations. You’re welcome to enter what resonates — nothing here is mandatory. This house is built for choice, consent, and belonging. Take your time. Move at your own pace. Pull up a chair where you feel most at home.
Men's mental health
Do we make way to much to do about men's mental health to the point of handicap the manly sport of endurance? Are we focusing on requirements of men feeling before required training to overcome life challenges with endurance? Can men teach ladies to be better women? If not how are women teaching boys 2 be men? While excellent questions are a start, without actions, follow through and endurance to see achievements to the end it's still a moot point. While reading above could seem random, men reading this will see and understand what is said as well as what isn't. Thanks for the space. Chief Hughes 🤠

Kindness is a word the deaf can hear and the blind can see
We all feel pain when our hearts are broken. But have you ever thought about how many hearts you have broken with your own actions and words? In a cruel world, let's do our best to make life easier for those around us. If that's not always possible, at least try not to make things harder for them. Remember, what goes around comes around.
