What would I choose? What resource would I open access to right now? What small corner of reality would I reorganize in my image? Step 2. Pick one tiny move you can win. Two minutes to set it up.Then eight minutes to ship. Open the doc and type the first line. Send the DM. Lay out your shoes. Cue the camera. Move — before the mind has time to negotiate. Need ideas? Text a thank-you. Sketch for thirty seconds. Clear one surface. Read one paragraph. Walk outside for eight minutes. Ten breaths. One glass of water. If your brain argues, halve the action and go anyway. Done beats perfect. Small is perfect. It just has to be yours.
