YTLOTGI: Module 3 ❇️ The Mirror Audit Exercise
Let’s move from theory to signal. Five minutes — grab your journal. Step 1. Identify the loops. Write three repeating patterns: people, situations, or moods you’ve labeled “that’s just how it is.” Bullet them fast. No overthinking. Step 2. Name the broadcaster. Ask: “What version of me keeps broadcasting this?” For each loop, write the rule that sustains it. “I’m responsible for everyone’s feelings.” “I only move when it’s perfect.” Whatever shows up, capture it. Then ask: “What rule must stay true for this loop to exist?” Step 3. Choose a new broadcast. Ask: “Who would I be without that thought?” “What version of me is ready to transmit something new?” Write one sentence, present tense, specific and simple: - “My peace sets the contact rules.” - “I ship tiny and daily.” - “I move before permission.” Step 4. Tune the field. Hold that sentence for 60 seconds. Eyes open. Shoulders down. Breath steady. Feel the room as part of you. Because it is. If the mind argues, return to breath and sentence. Each return exposes the old program. Notice micro-shifts — jaw, chest, breath. That’s the loop loosening. Step 5. Anchor the new signal. Choose one small action you can do today from the new broadcast: send the text, set the boundary, open the doc for ten minutes, walk phone-free around the block. That’s it. That’s how reality learns you’ve changed. Post your proof in this thread Include: - Your 3 loops - Your new broadcast sentence - “Held 60 s: yes” + your tiny behavior for today
