For the next ten minutes, you’ll do your first Authority Step activation. No theory — just embodiment. Step 1. Ask. If I wasn’t waiting on anyone or anything, what would I do today? What would I choose? What resource would I open access to right now? What small corner of reality would I reorganize in my image? Step 2. Pick one tiny move you can win. Two minutes to set it up.Then eight minutes to ship. Open the doc and type the first line. Send the DM. Lay out your shoes. Cue the camera. Move — before the mind has time to negotiate. Need ideas? Text a thank-you. Sketch for thirty seconds. Clear one surface. Read one paragraph. Walk outside for eight minutes. Ten breaths. One glass of water. If your brain argues, halve the action and go anyway. Done beats perfect. Small is perfect. It just has to be yours. That’s the unlock — choosing a new experience from alignment, not permission.Because if you can’t practice coherence in the micro, how will you ever stabilize it in the macro? Step 3. Record the proof. When you’re done, post inside this thread ✅ Module 1 Authority Step — Today’s Tiny Action (10 m) and drop three bullets: – what you did – the timestamp – your before → after in a few words.

Two minutes to seal it in. Step 1. Close your eyes. Name the version of you who got you here. Thank them. Step 2. Name the one who walks from here. Own them fully. You’re not stepping into the future — you’re walking as it. Now. From here, your presence becomes permission. You broadcast coherence without saying a word. Step 3. Open your eyes. In the next 24 hours, take one small action that only this version of you would take. Then post it. In the classroom thread here: ✅ Final Anchor — 24-Hour Move Write one line: “I walk as [identity] now.” and note your 24-hour move. The loop is complete. You’ve got it now.

YTLOTGI: Module 5 ⚓️ Anchor-1 Activation + 7-Day Rhythm
Ten minutes. Timer on. Step 1. Identify the Avoidance. Name one tiny action the old you would delay or avoid. Say it out loud. Step 2. Set it up (2 min). Open the doc and type the first line. DM the person. Lay out the mat. Cue the camera. Step 3. Ship for 8 minutes. Sketch a page. Practice scales. Read aloud. Send a gratitude voice note. Clear one surface. Transfer $50 to savings. Learn a new word. Two sun salutations. Post a three-sentence share. Walk eight minutes phone-free. If your brain argues, cut the move in half and go anyway. Done beats perfect. Feel that internal click? That’s the pattern installing. That’s who you’ve become—the version who moves, not the one who waits. Lock it in: Say your action aloud. Commit it to motion. Now repeat Anchor-1 once a day for seven days using the classroom thread here. Same ten-minute rhythm. Each action must be undeniable and different— different enough your old self wouldn’t recognize it. It could be how you walk into a room, how you post, who you text, how you breathe before speaking. Small is real. Real is reprogramming. Why it works: A felt win now trains your nervous system to trust the new pattern. Small wins stack into identity.

Let’s make this real.Five minutes together. Step 1. Name the externals. Write down three “thems” you’ve been blaming for the delay in what you want to experience— people, situations, systems, or timing. Don’t edit. Just name them. Step 2. Reclaim the move. Ask: “If none of these were in my way, what would I do today?” Write one clean sentence for each. Simple. Undeniable.Your power move. Example: “Send the outreach email.” “Publish the draft.” “Change the calendar.” “Decline that invite.” “Buy the domain.” “Step outside for a reset.” Step 3. Translate thought into motion. Pick one and start it—now. Record 15 seconds on your phone. Move the calendar event. Ask for the timeframe. Post a collab call. Book the space. Take the walk. If the mind argues, halve the move and go anyway. Done beats perfect. Feel that small click? That’s what happens when power returns to its source. The projection starts to shift the moment you act.
