Step 3. Ship for 8 minutes.
Sketch a page.
Practice scales.
Read aloud.
Send a gratitude voice note.
Clear one surface.
Transfer $50 to savings.
Learn a new word.
Two sun salutations.
Post a three-sentence share.
Walk eight minutes phone-free.
If your brain argues, cut the move in half and go anyway.
Done beats perfect.
