Reflecting on my week: Health - Growth / Comfort Drift - Iâve been ensuring Iâve been consistently meeting my daily goals for Spiritual. With my Physical health, I drifted back into comfort. I did better with healthier eating but my gym consistency was not where it needed to be. I just need to get to bed earlier and wake up at an earlier time. Wealth - Comfort drift - Iâve been looking at a new job opportunity, but I didnât the job applications out there. Iâve been working through my lunches. I just need to prioritize taking my lunches to apply. Skills - Growth - Iâve been working to keep better eye contact. I just need to keep on making that a focus. Relationships - Growth - I ensured to make time to be off my phone for the kids and to be present with them. Also, I ensured I spent the time needed with my wife.
