Weekly checkin 2/2 - 2/8
Looking back your week. Across health (physical, spiritual or mental), wealth, skills and relationships. Where did you see yourself drift back into comfort? Where did you take small actions of growth? Did you cross into activation at all? What can be done differently in the next week? Reflecting on my week: Health - Growth / Comfort Drift - I’ve been ensuring I’ve been consistently meeting my daily goals for Spiritual. With my Physical health, I drifted back into comfort. I did better with healthier eating but my gym consistency was not where it needed to be. I just need to get to bed earlier and wake up at an earlier time. Wealth - Comfort drift - I’ve been looking at a new job opportunity, but I didn’t the job applications out there. I’ve been working through my lunches. I just need to prioritize taking my lunches to apply. Skills - Growth - I’ve been working to keep better eye contact. I just need to keep on making that a focus. Relationships - Growth - I ensured to make time to be off my phone for the kids and to be present with them. Also, I ensured I spent the time needed with my wife.
