Practice What You’re Learning
Today, we come back to the present.
Not because everything is finished.
Not because life has suddenly become quiet.
But because this moment is where your life is actually happening.
Place both hands over your heart.
Take 3 slow breaths in...
...and 3 slow breaths out.
Let yourself settle as you breathe out.
Feel your feet beneath you.
Notice your body.
Notice your breath.
Notice that you are here.
🌿 Your Grounding Practice for Today
Choose one ordinary thing you normally do on autopilot—drinking your morning coffee, washing your hands, walking to your car, preparing a meal, or stepping outside.
And for that one activity, be completely there.
Notice what you see.
Notice what you hear.
Notice what you feel.
Allow yourself to experience the moment without rushing toward the next one.
This is mindfulness.
It doesn't always require meditation, candles, silence, or a perfectly peaceful environment.
Sometimes mindfulness is simply remembering:
I am here.
I am present.
I am home within myself.
And every time you return to the present moment, you strengthen your ability to return to yourself.
✨ Tuesday Reflection
Before you move on with your day, ask yourself:
Where in my life have I been moving so quickly that I haven't really been present for it?
You don't have to fix anything today.
Just notice.
Because awareness is where change begins.
If you feel comfortable, share below:
What ordinary moment will you practice being fully present for today?
With Love and Gratitude
