🌿 Welcome Home--- The Mindful Journey 🌿
I am so glad you're here. Before you read another word... Place both hands over your heart. Take three slow breaths in and out. Allow yourself to arrive. ✨ Welcome to The Mindful Journey — Returning Home to Yourself. This community was created as a safe, supportive space for those who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create a more mindful, meaningful life. Whether you are completely new to mindfulness or have been walking this path for years, you belong here. The truth is, you do not need to become someone else to find peace. You simply need to remember who you are beneath the noise, the expectations, and the constant demands of everyday life. This community is brand new, and like any meaningful journey, it will continue to grow and evolve over time. Over the coming weeks, you'll see new lessons, guided meditations, mindfulness practices, journal prompts, live coaching sessions, lunar teachings, and resources added to the classroom. Think of this as a growing library of support designed to help you return home to yourself again and again. For now, I invite you to explore what is already available, introduce yourself, and begin taking small, intentional steps toward the life you wish to create. Most importantly, know this: You do not have to walk this journey alone. We are building something special here—a community of people committed to living with greater presence, awareness, compassion, and authenticity. Thank you for being one of the first members of The Mindful Journey. I am honored to walk beside you. 🌿 WELCOME HOME SUNDAY 🌿
The Mindful Journey — Returning Home to Yourself Before you begin another week, give yourself a moment to simply be. Place both hands over your heart and come back to your center. Take a few slow breaths in and out Feel Your Heart Connecting To The Divine This Is Home...Welcome Yesterday, the Full Moon illuminated the fiery energy of Aries—the energy of courage, identity, truth, and the sacred declaration: I AM. And perhaps this Full Moon was not asking you to become someone new. But rather it was illuminating the person you have already been becoming. Think about how far you have come The boundaries you now honor The truths you are finally willing to speak The situations you no longer shrink yourself to fit inside The dreams you are beginning to believe are possible The ways you have learned to choose yourself without abandoning your heart You have been becoming this version of yourself one choice, one lesson, one healing moment at a time And now comes the embodiment. There is a moment on every healing journey when we must stop only thinking about the person we want to become and begin living as that person Aries reminds us that transformation eventually asks for movement. So on this Welcome Home Sunday, ask yourself: ✨ Who have I become? ✨ What am I finally ready to own about myself? ✨ What would change if I stopped waiting for permission to fully be who I already know I am? ✨ How can I walk into this new week as this version of me? Come home to your heart. Come home to your truth. Come home to the beautiful soul who has walked through everything that brought you here. And then... step forward as who you are becoming. You do not have to have everything figured out. You simply have to trust the next step. 🌕🔥 Sunday Affirmation I honor who I have been. I embrace who I am. And I courageously step into who I am becoming. I am home within myself. With Love and Gratitude Laurie Rolling | The Mindful Journey

Remembering Our Connection Gratitude Thursday
Today, let's allow our gratitude to reach beyond the circumstances of our individual lives and toward the beautiful world that holds us. Gratitude for the Earth beneath our feet, quietly supporting us every day. Gratitude for the Moon above us, reminding us that life moves through cycles and that we are allowed to change, grow, rest, and become. Gratitude for the stars, those ancient lights that invite us to look beyond the worries of the moment and remember that we are part of something much greater. And gratitude for the seasons, each arriving with its own invitation. Nature never asks us to hurry. The trees don't rush their becoming. The Moon doesn't resist her changing phases. The seasons don't compete with one another. Everything has its time. Perhaps there is something here for us to remember. So much of modern life asks us to move faster, do more, and constantly look toward what comes next. But nature invites us to slow down. To notice. To listen. To remember the rhythm of our own lives. And somewhere within that slowing down, we may begin to hear something we haven't heard in a while: our own hearts. Today, take a moment to step outside if you can. Feel the Earth beneath you. Look toward the sky. Notice the light, the breeze, the trees, the Moon, or whatever nature is offering you in this moment. Then place both hands over your heart. Take one slow, intentional breath and simply say: Thank you. Thank you for this Earth. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for another opportunity to come home to myself. 🌎 🌙 ✨ ❤️ What part of the natural world are you especially grateful for today? Me? Today I am very Grateful for the sky, the clouds that brought up joyful memories Laurie Rolling | The Mindful Journey Returning Home to Yourself

Autumn Equinox on Grounding Tuesday
Oh how perfect... A day of equal light and dark---True Balance So, I ask, isn't this 1 of the reasons We Learn Through Mindfulness what it means to achievea balanced state within us? To guide us back to our heart and remember, we all have shadows and it is up to us to continue to bribg back the balance when our lives b3gin to feel heavy? Sadness, Addiction, Depression, Moments Of Anger/Frustration all have a way of knocking us out of balance, it is up to us to remain diligent in our quest, if you will, to live in alignment and perhaps for some an Ascended Life.

🌿 WELCOME HOME SUNDAY 🌿
The Mindful Journey — Returning Home to Yourself What does it really mean to come home to yourself? Before you begin preparing for another week, I invite you to do something different today. Come home to yourself first. Place your hands over your heart and take a few mindful breaths into your Heart Space. This is where we plan our week in advance in order to stay in alignment with the person we wish to be. So, I ask you this: How do you wish to present yourselves this week? How do you wish to connect this week? What is an important task you can do today in order to prepare for the week ahead? Deep cleaning, Laundry, Writing List, Welcoming Love back in after a stressful time? Name one thing in the comments below that you will do to prepare for the week ahead? We spend so much of our lives moving outward—taking care of responsibilities, showing up for others, solving problems, meeting expectations, and thinking about what needs to happen next we lose sight of what really matters to us and in the chaos of life we can slowly drift away from ourselves. That is why Sunday can become more than the end of one week and the beginning of another. It can become a sacred pause. A moment to return to your breath. To your body. To your heart. A moment to remember who you are beneath everything you have been carrying. Returning home to yourself doesn't mean that everything in your life has been figured out. It simply means that before you step into another week, you reconnect with you. So today, place both hands over your heart. Take a slow, intentional breath. And ask yourself: What do I need to leave behind from this past week? What does my heart need from me right now? How do I want to feel as I move into the week ahead? And perhaps most importantly: Who do I want to be as I walk through this next week? You don't have to rush into Monday. You don't have to have every answer. You simply have to remember where your center is. Come back to you Come back to your breath.
