if you feel like a failure, stop looking like one:
fragrance. environment. body language. speech. face. style. physique. anything and everything that shapes how people see you becomes priority number one.
because when deciding who you are, your brain tracks social evidence far more than you realise. Aesthetics has always been one of the core human values for a reason: it changes how people perceive you - which, whether you like it or not - changes your perception of yourself.
ask yourself: with my current appearance, what social evidence am I feeding my brain? if this still sounds “shallow,” remember even the finest thinkers in history valued their Aesthetics: Plato’s nickname came from his physique - Platon meant “broad” in old Greek.
