We’ll make this quick and simple. I feel Confident that you’ve heard the “woo woo” phrase “what you focus on expands”. And you probably feel that that makes sense. But here’s some word alchemy to help you deepen the neurological wiring behind that phrase. Here’s what you’re really doing & WHY it expands. The word concentrate is telling us a universe secret. It says whatever you focus (concentrate) on, you give it consent and you give it value (invisible money). Consent = approval by agreement Rate = value (invisible 💰) Also, to nail it down even further, concentrate has SENT in it, which is also CENT. There is no doubt that you PAY for everything that comes in your direct path. Let’s say it plainly. Whatever you concentrate on, you give it approval and value. Which means you paid for it. Good or bad. And What you give invisible money to depends heavily on what?? 👉🏽YOUR IDENTITY 👈🏽 And What is your identity built on? The story held in the nervous system.

I know you hear it all the time. “Your words create your reality”. And it is true…… but it is deeper than that. Your words are a program which is stored in the body (your nervous system ) . Your words can be your medicine. That’s why the Bible says “physician…. Heal thyself” BUTTTTT…….. it’s not just your words. It’s what those words mean 👉🏽 TO YOU. What they mean TO YOU is more important than the word itself. What they mean to your body is the proGRAM (gram meaning words) that running in your subconscious & nervous system. Because the meaning is what’s shaping your perception and your perception is what’s shaping your reality. So this is why your words become your medication. And you will always wind up having to “take your own medicine” Look at the word medicine. It says me + dic (words or speech) + cine (sign). So it says “me sign in me words”. That means you are AWAYS creating a contract with your words. And this becomes your medicine. Good or bad….. your internal program becomes your medicine. This is also backed up by the Bible👉🏽 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” Matthew 12:37 And that’s why your FIRST exercise in this group is to state your” I AM” outloud in front of witnesses (other group members) Saying your “I am” outloud is your MEDICINE.💊
