I’ve been thinking a lot about what actually helps memberships work long term — and it’s rarely more content. Most of the time, it’s clarity. Knowing what to focus on. Knowing what matters right now. And not feeling like you’re constantly behind. So I’m curious… What’s the one thing you’re finding hardest about running your membership at the moment? No pressure to have it all figured out.
