Tonight at 8 PM ET: Red Thread Circle 🌹
We’re continuing our month of RAGE tonight, in honor of I AM JANE DOE.
One of the things that keeps coming up for me is how much changes when women realize they are not alone in what they’ve experienced.
So many of us have carried things privately for years.
We questioned ourselves.
We wondered if we were overreacting.
We blamed ourselves for staying, for freezing, for saying nothing, for not knowing what to do.
And then another woman tells her story and suddenly something clicks.
You recognize yourself in her.
You realize she felt the same shame.
The same fear.
The same confusion.
The same anger.
And little by little, the isolation starts to break.
That is what I want to make space for tonight.
A circle where women can be heard.
A circle where we can recognize the larger patterns in what so many of us have lived through.
A circle where we can let some of that rage have a voice, safely and together.
There is something powerful about being witnessed by other women.
Sometimes just hearing another woman say, “Me too,” changes the way we see our own story.

Just being present matters.
