Many of us have lived for years in survival mode, performing, pleasing, anticipating danger, and staying ready. Your body learned those patterns to protect you. There is nothing wrong with you.

Over the next 7 days, we’re going to gently teach your nervous system something new:
You don’t have to stay on guard to survive anymore.
Each day at 9:00 am est will include a simple practice and a reflection, no overwhelm, no perfection, no pressure. Just consistency, compassion, and choice.
Move at the pace of your body.
Pause when you need to.
Rest without guilt.
