This is not about doing something big.
This is about reminding yourself⌠joy is still available to you.
Your assignment: Take 10 minutes today to intentionally create a moment of joy.
Thatâs it.
But hereâs the key⌠it has to be intentional and uninterrupted.
Choose something that feels good to you, not productive, not for anyone else.
It could be:
- Playing your favorite song and dancing in your living room
- Sitting outside and letting the sun hit your face
- Laughing at something that genuinely makes you smile
- Sipping your tea or wine slowly with no distractions
- Looking at old photos that remind you of who you are beyond the pain.
While youâre doing it, I want you to be present.
Not on your phone. Not thinking about whatâs next.
Just in the moment.
And when itâs over, ask yourself one simple questionâŚ
âDid I allow myself to feel that⌠or did I rush through it?â
No judgment. Just awareness.
Because joy isnât something you have to earn. Itâs something you have to allow.
