Because a regulated nervous system doesn’t come from motivation, it comes from felt safety.

Take your time.
Notice what comes up in your body, not just your thoughts.

Affirmation for Day 1: Sit quietly. Place one hand on your heart the other over your womb and repeat this 10 times softly out loud…
“I am safe in my body right now.”
