Today I offered my first Live Listening Well session.
It wasn't a performance or teaching in the usual sense--it was a space to arrive, to listen, and to notice what becomes possible when we slow down enough to hear ourselves again.
I shared the practice of "listen, feel, write"---not as a concept, but as something lived out loud. Something you can step into for a short time, and then carry back into your day.
The invitation is simple: come in, listen to what is spoken, feel what rises, write what is true for you in that moment. And then leave. Let it continue working in you without needing to be finished.
I'm learning that sometimes the most supportive structure is a short doorway, not a long stay.
More of this come. πŸ’—
