The Leader Within with Itika Wynn
Today, we had the privilege of hearing from I'tika Wynn Jr—a graduate of Mifflin High School, a 4-year starter at Wilmington College, and an incredible teacher, coach, mentor, father, and leader.
He didn’t just speak… he poured into the room.
We had real conversations—no filters, no fluff:
• Mistakes
• Choices
• Consequences
• Learning from your failures
• Holding yourself accountable
• Just real, honest man-to-man talk
And one word that stood out above everything:
Discipline.
Doing what you’re supposed to do,
when you’re supposed to do it…
even when you don’t feel like it.
That’s where growth happens.
That’s where leaders are built.
I’m beyond grateful to create spaces like this—rooms where truth is spoken, growth is encouraged, and future leaders are challenged to rise.
The next generation isn’t coming…
they’re already here.
