Why I Created This Community Over the last 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of leading in many different spaces — schools, recreation centers, churches, corporate environments, youth programs, and mentoring groups. I’ve served as a pastor, mentor, teacher, faith-based counselor, supervisor, and speaker working with companies, community leaders, and individuals trying to grow. But here’s the truth about leadership… Most of what I learned didn’t come from success. It came from failure. From building things from the ground up. From making mistakes. From trying again. From learning what works — and what doesn’t. That’s why I created this community.
