Still Alive!
Hello lab rats, I was hospitalized for a few days last week, but I’m back home and continuing to recover. I am gradually feeling better, and I hope to get back to Power Hour and other work in the next few weeks. How are y’all??
"Productivity" can mean different things every day.
I'm having a lame-o MS flare, but I hopped on Power Hour today anyway. Sometimes productivity is about "traditional" work, but for me, a lot of times it's about taking my meds, making my body as comfortable as it can get, and expressing myself. Yes, "put on socks" is on my list of to-dos. Why? Because if nobody's watching me, I will often just sit there with cold feet and be miserable! Same with pain meds. You read that right -- sometimes the effort of getting up and taking a pill seems too daunting, even though I'm hurting badly! Power Hour helps because when someone witnesses me promise to do a thing, I'm so much more likely to get it done. Peer pressure CAN be used for good, and today it was. So thank you @John McKellar for being with me today so I could put socks on and take my meds. I feel better now.

How are y’all?
I’m on the couch this Sunday journaling and reflecting, and I’d love to hear from y’all. What are you struggling with today? Any productivity concerns? I’m happy to advise in this thread.

New Toy for Power Hour!
Howdy, folks! Instead of submitting your Power Hour Promises to the Zoom chat, my incredible better half made this nifty little page for us! https://labratlife.com/power-hour When you come to Power Hour, you can enter your name (and your email if you want to save your progress and get a neat little newsletter about everything you've accomplished!), and your promises! When you finish a task, check it off and feed the Lab Rat a cookie! I would love feedback on how this page is to use, please spare me no criticism. Thanks!

Dewey's Pattern of Inquiry
I made a new free course! It's pretty much just a link to a section of John Dewey's book "Logic: The Theory of Inquiry." It's fairly dense reading, but the info's so good!
