Week 7 has just landed in the classroom – this one’s all about balance and steady legs.
Think simple standing work, wobble-friendly balances and a chance to feel a bit more grounded again, rather than “nailing” any pose. I’m sending this from Koh Lipe, which feels fitting – lots of finding my own balance between work, rest and travel right now.
