This one is all about opening the chest, shoulders and upper back. Think: a steady, feel-good flow to undo laptop shoulders, winter hunching and “scroll neck”.
It’s around 40 minutes and was filmed in London, so you’ll recognise the location! Perfect if you’ve been carrying tension or feeling a bit closed in from being back at your desks, carrying your babies or sitting on your phone too long.
