I wanted to check in here and say hello! How is your February going ? Are you managing to practice yoga at all? In person or online? If you join the WInter Series, are the replays supporting your practice? If you haven't joined the Summer OR Winter Flow Series, they are available to join at any time and are still great ways to create consistency from home - Summer Series is 4 weeks, Winter Series is 8 Weeks.
