Introduction
Hi! I'm Freda, a licensed psychotherapist and creator of Invoke and Release®-a healing modality I developed over 20+ years of clinical work. I specialize in helping people clear trauma and the internal blocks that sabotage their success, so they can access breakthrough healing on their own terms.
I also have The Invoke and Release® Healing Circle, an online mental health platform with hundreds of healing classes or mini clearings.
My 90 day goal is:
- Shut down my US life and move to Spain at the end of December 2025. (Find a home and new friends, and of course learn spanish since I don’t know any. 😬)
- Refine my marketing for the first quarter to sell more units of my deep dive program, and also increase members inside the healing circle.
