You know those moments when you hear yourself say, "It's fine"?
Sometimes it isn't.
Sometimes that's the exact moment we override ourselves.
Where do you most consistently override yourself?
Eating when you're not hungry.
Saying yes when you mean no.
Scrolling instead of resting.
Working through exhaustion.
Pick just one. Not five. One.
Now ask yourself:
What were you feeling right before it happened?
What did you actually need in that moment?
What did you do instead?
That gap between what you needed and what you did that's not a discipline problem.
That's a pattern waiting to be seen.
And once you see it, you can't unsee it. Which is actually the beginning of change.
💛 If you're willing, share your pattern below.
"When ___ happens, I override myself by ___."
No judgment here. Just awareness.
