Hello...ladies. Over the past few months, I’ve been kinda noticing how fast everything feels. Notifications. Information. AI. More things to learn. More pressure to keep up. And sometimes even the tools designed to help us… can start feeling like more noise. One thing I’m learning is this: Technology feels very different depending on the state we’re in when we use it. When we’re already overwhelmed or mentally exhausted, even helpful tools can start feeling heavy. That's why I've been exploring how to use AI in a gentler, more intentional way. You don’t need to learn everything. Consume everything. Or keep up with everything. Sometimes clarity begins with one pause. One breath. One supportive next step. 💛 How about you? Tell me I’m not the only one 😂 Apparently I’ve been driving around with an expired license for FIVE months. 😳😂 The bank teller asked for my ID yesterday and casually said, "…You know this expired in December, right?” Cue instant panic. 😅 It also reminded me how easy it is to overlook things when life starts feeling mentally crowded. Too much information. Too many reminders. Too many things pulling at our attention all at once. Anyone else ever have one of those “how did I miss that?!” moments? 🙈
