🌿 Wisdom Wednesday
You know those moments when you hear yourself say, "It's fine"? Sometimes it isn't. Sometimes that's the exact moment we override ourselves. Where do you most consistently override yourself? Eating when you're not hungry. Saying yes when you mean no. Scrolling instead of resting. Working through exhaustion. Pick just one. Not five. One. Now ask yourself: What were you feeling right before it happened? What did you actually need in that moment? What did you do instead? That gap between what you needed and what you did that's not a discipline problem. That's a pattern waiting to be seen. And once you see it, you can't unsee it. Which is actually the beginning of change. 💛 If you're willing, share your pattern below. "When ___ happens, I override myself by ___." No judgment here. Just awareness.

🌿 Wisdom Wednesday
Mindful Monday 🌿
One question to start the week: Where have you been the hardest on yourself lately? Not to dwell on it. Just to notice. Because sometimes the patterns that keep us stuck aren't about what we're doing. They're about how we're talking to ourselves while we're doing it. The inner critic is sneaky like that. 💛 What's one thing you could offer yourself a little more grace around this week?

🌿 Welcome to June
As we begin this month, we're focusing on one simple question: What if the struggle isn't a lack of discipline... What if it's a pattern you haven't seen yet? Throughout June we'll be exploring emotional eating, menopause changes, self-trust, and the hidden patterns that shape our choices. I'd love to hear from you: What's one area of your life where you'd like more self-trust right now? 💗Drop it below and let's begin the month together.

@Catherine Hay I hear you, Catherine. 💛 Thank you for sharing that. I know you're not alone in feeling this way. I think that's what makes this season of life so challenging for many women. When we're younger, it often feels like effort and results are directly connected. Then menopause and midlife come along, and suddenly the old rules don't seem to work the same way. What I appreciate is that you already recognize you're living a healthy lifestyle. That's important. Sometimes the question isn't "What am I doing wrong?" But, "What has changed that I haven't fully understood yet?" If you haven't started the 7-Day Self-Trust Reset yet, it's free inside the classroom and a gentle place to begin exploring exactly this. I think you'd find it really resonant. 💖✨

@Catherine Hay That's wonderful, Catherine. 💛 Thank you for sharing... I'm so glad you've given yourself this space and are taking one day at a time. ☺️
✨Feel Good Friday
This week held something quietly beautiful. My son got married. After 13 years of choosing each other every single day, they decided to make it official. A small, private ceremony. I've found myself reflecting on how some of life's most meaningful moments happen quietly. Not everything needs a big announcement. Not everything needs perfect timing. Sometimes it's simply a decision. A commitment. A yes. 💛 What's something good that happened for you this week?

✨Feel Good Friday
Wisdom Wednesday - Reflection 🌿
Most of us were taught to override ourselves. Push through the tiredness. Ignore the hunger signal. Keep going when your body is asking you to stop. We got really good at it. So good that eventually we stopped hearing ourselves altogether. And then we wonder why nothing feels sustainable. Why the plan works for a week.... and then falls apart. Why we know what to do but can't make ourselves do it. It's not lack of discipline. It's years of not listening to ourselves. The shift doesn't start with a better plan. It starts with learning to listen again. One moment at a time. One pause at a time. 💛 What's one signal your body has been sending you lately that you've been pushing past?
