Something I’ve been reflecting on lately…
How often we try to fix ourselves
before we actually understand what’s going on.
What if today wasn’t about changing anything?
What if it was just about noticing?
Noticing when you feel an urge…
Noticing when you feel off…
Noticing when you feel tired, restless, or disconnected…
Not to judge it.
Not to fix it.
Just to gently ask:
What am I actually feeling right now?
Where do I notice it in my body?
Even a small pause like that can shift something.
Not because you made it go away…
But because you listened.
💛Today's simple practice:
The next time you feel an urge (to eat, scroll, check out…)
Pause for just a moment.
Notice.
That’s it.
No pressure to do it perfectly.
Just one moment of awareness.
