Listening With Your Hands
If you work with your hands — crochet, doodling, tidying, cooking — you might already know this. Repetition can quiet the mind. Attention can settle into the body. If it feels right, let your hands move and notice what happens to your thoughts when they do. No analysis needed.

A Short Quiet Practice
This is a small invitation — not an assignment. If it feels right, set aside about ten minutes (or however long feels best for you). I find 20 works better for me as I have a very busy brain, but we're all different so follow what feels best for you. You might sit with music, work with your hands, or simply rest your attention somewhere neutral, like your breath or the feel of your body. Hold the space for as long as feels right for you. There’s nothing to achieve here. No insight required. No need to notice anything special. Just allow yourself to be present with whatever is already there. If this isn’t for you today, that’s fine too. ☺️
