Greetings brothers, For those who were on the call two weeks ago and for those who weren’t, I mentioned a breathwork practice that has been very powerful in my life. Here is a book that dives deeper into rebirthing with explanation and simplicity, how-to etc. While I do love Leonard Orr (founder/original discovery attributed to) I find this book (written by fellow rebirthing practitioners) to be more specific in regards to certain details to the actual practice. Regardless, any books by Orr are also recommended. I’ve attached a photo of the aforementioned book. Happy discovery Lads
