Welcome in. 🌿 I will share mine🫶 Favorite movie🎥 Changes every few years but for a while its been Apacolypto Directed by Mel Gibson. IMO he's one of the best directors/film makers ever. Apocalypto grips me because it strips away the illusion of modern comfort and drags us back to the raw, primitive truth of being human. It reminds me that beneath all our routines and distractions lives an ancient animal — alert, instinctive, courageous. Becoming a mother awakened that same primal force in me. I feel a fierce, almost ancestral protectiveness… not just for my daughter’s survival, but for her becoming. This film reminds me that fear is a ghost we inherit — and facing it is simply remembering who we really are.
