I’m Back 🤍 (Still Healing, But Back)
Hi, I'd like to reconnect and share something transparently. On January 27th, I had arthroscopic knee surgery to repair a meniscus tear. I truly thought it would be a quick bounce-back situation, but recovery and healing were more than I expected. It took all of my mental capacity to focus on resting, rehabbing, and allowing my body to do what it needed to do. And if I’m honest, that surprised me as someone who pours into others and holds space so naturally, being the one who needed to slow down fully was humbling. The Gathering Place was created to be a soft place to land, and I had to take my own advice. I’m still healing. Still giving myself grace. Still moving at a pace that honors my body. But I’m back 🤍 Present, grounded, and ready to re-engage with this beautiful space. Thank you for being here. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for allowing me to heal.
