I have 2 boys on the spectrum, they both are very picky eaters. They only eat 2-3 foods every single day and the list continues to get shorter and shorter. If I change the taste(by accident) if the packaging changes. They will no longer touch it. More importantly they are not getting important nutrients.

What foods are your kids suddenly being fussy about?!
We’re going through a no fruit phase 🙄 won’t touch anything apart from watermelon 🍉 which feels pretty frustrating. Any ideas on how to present things differently?!
