Challenge update!
Happy Saturday!
I’ll be honest. I’ve had a rough couple of days mentally. It seems I have hit every possible wall and no matter what I do, something else happens or does not want to cooperate. It’s been a down right frustrating week but I am going to keep going and keep pushing. I’ve been working 16+ hour days and my brain and body need a break so I’ve decided to go snowboarding today and reward myself for everything I have accomplished. We all work hard and deserve to enjoy your life too. So if you’ve had a rough week or overall you’ve been achieving goals, go take some time for yourself and do something fun! Maybe one day we can set up a big trip for the group! Get everyone together to talk and just hangout with the brothers!

Gym time!
I’m heading into the gym and I’ll be honest. It’s Leg day, we just got another 6-8” of snow last night, it’s 5 degrees outside. I really don’t want to do anything 🤣 I’m trekking through and getting it done though! I’ll share some results later! How is everyone else’s day going?!
Killer arm session
Just got done at the gym everyone, did some bench press workouts, went to failure on the lat pull down, challenged myself to hold my camera while using the Smyth machine and met some new people today like her! Now I'm at Jenny's having some lunch! Hope all of you are having a great day and remember hold onto your dreams the future is built on dreams, one shall stand and one shall fall!
