Alright guys it's been a while, hope all yall are ok! Had a killer session today! Caught up with some friends and challenged myself a bit! Only downside was my arms got strained a little after what I did at the end of the video! But hopefully this brings you guys some joy!

Iโll be honest. Iโve had a rough couple of days mentally. It seems I have hit every possible wall and no matter what I do, something else happens or does not want to cooperate. Itโs been a down right frustrating week but I am going to keep going and keep pushing. Iโve been working 16+ hour days and my brain and body need a break so Iโve decided to go snowboarding today and reward myself for everything I have accomplished. We all work hard and deserve to enjoy your life too. So if youโve had a rough week or overall youโve been achieving goals, go take some time for yourself and do something fun! Maybe one day we can set up a big trip for the group! Get everyone together to talk and just hangout with the brothers!
Iโm heading into the gym and Iโll be honest. Itโs Leg day, we just got another 6-8โ of snow last night, itโs 5 degrees outside. I really donโt want to do anything ๐คฃ Iโm trekking through and getting it done though! Iโll share some results later! How is everyone elseโs day going?!
