There is also one question at the end of the prayer that helps you practice listening to your inner voice and become more aware of yourself.

Spiritual Direction Session
A one-time session of listening together through prayer and practices for what God is speaking to you. We'll follow the Spirit's promptings. I'll be there to listen to you, and the Spirit, and take the place of intercessor on your behalf regarding a specific area in your life.
The time we share together is sacred. I aim to honor you and your heart. I will first and foremost honor God as his messenger, care-giver, and discerning listener for you. Sessions are 45 minutes.
