Good morning. Would anyone mind sharing the type of online personal training packages that they offer? I’d love to see how mine compare. Currently i have designed mine based on how my box gym does. Either 4,8,12 or 16 sessions per month with a 4 month commitment. My thought originally was that each session would be a video training call. That works for some but others struggle with scheduling issues.
What are some suggestions for including a training app with workouts as well as occasional video training sessions? I’m trying to brainstorm this to offer my clients the best options without having too many.
