I wanna get big over the summer and fall not big but like huge I’m trying to put on atleast 25-30 pounds of muscle by end of October does anybody have a meal plan that helped them find muscle or a workout routine I could use I do want 2 rest days a week cause I’m going to be playing a lot of baseball during summer and fall and probably pitching in a lot of important games for us
