The Kickstart is here. Seven days. Ten minutes a day, and most days one more small thing. That's the whole ask. I know there are two kinds of people reading this right now. If you're nervous: good. That means it matters to you. You don't have to be ready, you don't have to be fit, and you don't have to be good at this. You just have to move on purpose for ten minutes today. A walk counts. Stretching counts. Whatever sounds least bad right now is the right answer. Nobody here is grading you, and the only rule that matters is this one: never miss twice. Miss a day, and the next day you come back. That's it. If you're thinking "ten minutes? That's too easy": you're right. It is. That's on purpose. Easy is what survives a bad week, and a bad week is where every program you've ever quit actually ended. Monday is never the hard part. The hard part is next Thursday, when you're tired and busy and it doesn't feel like it matters. So here's my challenge for you: if it's too easy, go seven for seven. Every day, all seven days, no misses. And if you want to do more than ten minutes, go for it. Ten is the floor, not the ceiling. Either way, same starting line. Today, Day 1: 1.
