I’m not a professional pastry chef… I’m a real-life baker running a school kitchen and building my own baking business at the same time.
I’ve tested a LOT of recipes (and messed up plenty 😅), but I’ve figured out what actually works — especially if you want to bake AND make money doing it.
Right now I’m working on things like: • Dessert pizzas
• Fudgy brownies & blondies
• Shelf-stable recipes (so they can sit out & still taste good)
• Baking for farmers markets
