How to Bake for Profit (Not Just for Taste)
When I first started baking, I thought if it tasted good, it would sell.
I was wrong.
If you actually want to make money, your baked goods need to be:
• Shelf-stable
• Easy to batch
• Visually appealing
That’s why I stopped focusing on complicated recipes and started building around things like brownies and dessert pizzas.
They’re: ✔️ Fast to make
✔️ Cheap to produce
✔️ Easy to sell
If you’re just starting, don’t overcomplicate it.
Pick ONE product and get really good at it.
