This Week’s Win: Showing Up Gently
Yesterday I created something slightly outside my comfort zone
a short voice-over a couple paintings.
It was about honesty.
I haven’t been painting much lately, and instead of judging that, I chose honour it.
My real win?
Committing to return to daily creative practice…gently.
Honest moment: I have a show at the library for the month of January and I have been putting it off making anything new.
That’s what prompted this reminder that event 15 minutes count (that is 1% of your day)
