I wrote this, then life got heavy, a little hard. We loss someone and I felt all the feelings This became a sadness that followed me around I feel like it was more for me than anyone else, A reminder of the deeper kindness that comes from within, it ripples out. But it was time to ground in, I hope this resonates with you and holds space for you to sit in kindness. ❤️

Today we did something different. We made a card of the day, drawing our boundaries, using colour to represent our feeling having an inner dialogue with ourselves, and those on the call to put in the symbols, recognize the patterns and most of all draw upon our higher yourself, our inner wisdom to guide us. Here is my card from today.
