As you know I haven’t been hosting sip and spark in the mornings, I wanted to share a bit about why. To find a more peaceful path since returning from my trip to Costa Rica with my family I have kept the no phones in the morning. So no screens… I have been spending more time walking outside (until the snow storm that happened yesterday) Where yesterday I took a photo shoot in the snow! … but the part I want to share is I started a painting with my daughter. One that just calms me. We listen together and we colour. What calms you everyday? I’m also collaborating with someone to bring to the community. Stay tuned.

You sure can! Today I made a rock garden on the beach, thinking to myself how fun it was to just use what I have. I usually bring a sketch book, but I didn’t today. So I used what I have, I would love to open up a live session for us to make art with what we have this week :) Pick a day that works for you and I’ll see you then!

I just completed my reiki level 1-2 practitioner training! I’m feeling call to receive and give. I’m so excited to bring energy healing to my community. Anyone interested in some distant reiki?
