In the mornings….
As you know I haven’t been hosting sip and spark in the mornings, I wanted to share a bit about why.
To find a more peaceful path since returning from my trip to Costa Rica with my family I have kept the no phones in the morning. So no screens…
I have been spending more time walking outside (until the snow storm that happened yesterday)
Where yesterday I took a photo shoot in the snow!
… but the part I want to share is I started a painting with my daughter.
One that just calms me.
We listen together and we colour.
What calms you everyday?
