The Coil Skhool of Sh’Kuel Twahnah is a living classroom of healing and remembrance. Born from a lifetime marked by seven head traumas—beginning at eighteen months and carried into forty-three years—this work became the path that turned pain into light. Here we learn to walk the Coils: the inward spirals of mind, body, and spirit that shape every motion of the outer world. Through the harmonic language Esch’Tuale and its medicine of sound, land, and breath, students awaken the memory of balance that links earth, sea, sky, and star. We study the inward workings that form our outward creations—transforming hurt into art, confusion into rhythm, silence into voice. Guided by the Pholyt Phewds system of harmonic nourishment and the Valleys of the Fifth, this Skhool teaches how to live in alignment with the macro while healing the micro—walking as creators within the living Coil.
