Decent day on the phones. Had some good conversations, working on comps for a few deals and cleaned up some older non-responsive leads. How was everyone's Monday?

so what do you guys do when having trouble finding comps ? have went 20 miles out on propstream and propwire and still zero comps lol its wild to me.
